Forty to One is a small family-run business. We have been offering maple syrup for sale since 1990, when we first became members of the New Hampshire Maple Producers Association. Our customers tell us that our syrup is the best they've ever had. We're sure you'll agree.
Our 2011 sugaring season has been our best ever. Mother Nature was kind to us this year giving us almost perfect weather conditions. Most of our 2011 syrup is US Grade A Light Amber and Medium Amber, with golden color and rich maple flavor. Click to our Order page for pricing.
Near the end of this season we did produce a limited amount of a darker Grade B syrup, which some people prefer for its more pronounced maple flavor. The robust flavors of the darker syrup help to enhance the maple taste when used in cooking and baking, or for flavoring your special recipes.
